You can add up the total kWh's/units from a years worth of bills however: Don't be tempted to take a single quarterly bill and multiply it by 4 - this may give a misleading answer, as typically, usage is higher in the Winter than in Summer.

Please provide the direction in which your installation will face. This can be a compass point' e.g. SW, or preferably in degrees e.g. 225°
Please state what your measurements are taken in (Feet, Metres, mm's etc)
Please provide a simple sketch or photo with dimensions if the shape is not rectangular.
It is important to note any obstructions on the roof area, e.g stack pipes, chimneys, Dormer windows, other solar applications (i.e. hot water).
If the roof experiences shading from trees, pylons etc, during any part of the day, please indicate this on the drawing or in writing and at what time of the day it occurs.
